Good day,

I have been using this site for the past 2 years or more as my passion for smoking meats has grown.  I currently have 3 smokers even though I think I am parting ways with one of them as we speak.  I have a red electric Brinkman Gourmet, I also have a Masterbuilt 30 electric smoker, and my last one I have and most recent to aquire is a Char-Griller offset smoker.  I have smoked most meats with success with trial and error. 

This site is very useful so I say "Thank you!" for those of you who take the time to help us novice smokers out.
