Hello there guys and gals. I am new to the forum, tho not exactly new to smoking. i have always used a big box store type smoker, but have just recently decided i wanted to build a nice 'big' smoker that can be versatile and functional. I have a acquired a trailer and a 275 gallon propane tank. I just cut the doors yesterday. I came hear for ideas on the build and to learn more about smoking meat. I welcome and thank you for any input.

Welcome to the forum!

That looks like it's going to be a great smoker, when you get it done.

Looking forward to following your build!

Al
