Just joined the forum yesterday and I'm looking forward to being part of the community. I have a masterbuilt propane smoker than the Mrs' bought me along with the smoking meat book by Jeff. So far I've attempted brisket, and my bird on thanksgiving, which I then deep fried Currently I have some Salmon I'm prepping for a smoke tomorrow. I'm in the Metro Detroit area. My family owned a fine dining Italian restaurant for 26 years. Excited to learn the art of smoking!!
