Hello everyone, I'm a new member here. I'm currently live in Indianapolis, IN. I've been smoking for 5 years now, but have never joined this forum. I've been reading and seeing a lot of pictures on here. I've been reading a lot of advices and seeing everyone result on here. I have a cheap Char-Broiler smoker with an offset firebox. I've modified the smoker according to all the post I've seen on this forum. After modification the smoker work like a champ. This place is a go to place whenever I need help with smoking. Below is what I smoked over the weekend, Beef ribs and chicken. I also did Puerto Rican Rice and Bean with the help from my Puerto Rican Co-Worker that showed me how to prepare the rice. Everything turned out awesome.
