New Member and new to using the MES, I still have my old faithful side draft Kingsford Sierra.  I'm in Silver City, NM altitude 5400 Ft.

Got the Cabela's Masterbuilt 40 Bluetooth for Christmas and promptly seasoned it and smoked a nice pulled pork Christmas day.
