My name is Zach, I'm from central WI, and I am a husband, father, and software engineer. I was gifted a Masterbuilt MES 230|G by my father, and have finally gotten around to using it.

It was the display model at a Walmart and he got it for below the $276 on the sticker. ($199 I think. Can't say for sure, it was a gift anyway) It did not have a box or any paperwork, so I found the manual in PDF form. While I was searching, I somehow came across this site. The community here seems very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to sharing my smoking experiences with you all.
