Hi I'm Jim from Massey, Ontario. Canada.

Been BBQ'n a long time & have the age to prove it.

My outdoor kitchen has a Master Forge smoker, Grill Chef gas BBQ, older converted gas BBQ to wood burner, Homemade deep fryer and a Coleman 2 burner Camp stove. Very happy to have found this site and being retired will visit it often. Looking forward to learning new methods and sharing if I can. Thank you.
