Hi there! My name is Mike, and I'm in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Great White North is a little misleading, as we're in the banana belt of Canada, the most southern part of our Country. I've been smoking for just over 8 years now and yes I'm addicted! I use a Great Smokey Mountain propane smoker, and back it up with a Big Easy Infrared cooker and a Charbroil Red Series Infrared BBQ. I've been following the forums in the background for quite a while now, and figured it was time to step into the smoke with the rest of you. My family, friends, and neighbors have benefited from quite a few of the ideas and recipes I've found here already, so many thanks to all that contribute! I smoke and BBQ year round here in Canada, so my neighbors have become accustomed to seeing me standing outside with a drink in one hand and a temp probe in the other. They say I borowed part of a line from the US Postal service, neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow...
