I have been smoking and grilling for a number of years.  I am located in San Antonio.  I have large smoker / pit on a trailer (see pic) and just purchased a Masterbuilt 30 inch propane smoker for the personal consumption.  I am seeking advice on the new smoker I purchased in order to get the most out of the smoker.  My member name came from when my daughter raced BMX bikes.

Hello, welcome from Dallas. Nice looking setup, I wish I could tell you what to do with that, but yours is bigger than mine

It eats a lot of wood.  I wish I had a slightly smaller one where the fire box was closer to the tall smoking box
