New member from southern NJ

Hi all,   I found this forum when searching for smoker reviews.    I've been smoking for a few years now, in an old bullet type that's in desperate need of replacement/upgrade.    I just cook the occasional pulled pork shoulder and spareribs.    After reading all of your great posts, I am hoping to venture into cold smoking as well.    I've got my AMNPS and dust/pellets on order, and will be picking up a MES40 in time for labor day.    Now, if I can just find some pork belly...
