New member from South Jersey

Hello all new member from South Jersey.  I have been using my weber genesis to smoke with some success but decided to purchase a dedicated smoker.  I just purchased a MES 30 as its only my wife and I so the 40 would be a bit overkill right now.  I also purchased an AMNPS package with the torch and pellets from Todd along with the Maverick ET-723 as my older cheaper bed bath and beyond thermometer is just about ready to be retired.  I have read this site off and on for a little while now and finally decided to register.  I look forward to learning from the pro's here and creating some mouth watering food!
