Been a lurker here for awhile and enjoyed the community. Grew up with a smokehouse at my grandpa's many moons ago. Been on our farm for 17 years and have procrastinated building my smokehouse but bought a pellet grill at the beginning of the year and the bug has started again. Hope to build the smoke house in the spring so we can do larger lots.
