Found this site kind of by accident. Was making some snack sticks and looking for advice on easier way to hand crank my enterprise stuffer. This site popped up and a forum of how a guy removed handle and put a socket on the square end of gear and used longer 1/2 inch drive ratchet. Wowza it was a game changer. Punched out 15 lbs of snack sticks with ease. Looking forward to sharing and seeing new ideas and recipes.

Welcome.

I used to be a metal fabricator (still have contacts to get stuff made when I want) and made a custom stainless driver for the shape of my stuffer handle attachment. Kind of a "D" shape. Welded that to a 1/2" stainless round bar. Fits my battery drills. I dont use it for stuffing as much as reloading and disassembly. Makes cranking the plunger back out pretty zippy.
