Hello, 

Name is John,  I live in the heart of the coal region in Pennsylvania.  I smoke anything from butts to ribs to cheese to peppers.

Always looking to learn from others.  

I use a Bradley smoker,  it is about 10 years old, but still going strong. Modified it with a PID to help maintain the temp. 

Favorite things to smoke are pork butts and cheese.
