Hello all. What an awesome site with tons of info.
I've smoked my salmon before but needed help with new smoker and such and this is the place!
I fish religiously out of Frankfort, MI during the summer months and hunt in the fall and sugar in the spring. What a terrible sugar season we had this year, it was short but still managed 60 gallons. Wonder if there is any maple syrup recipes for smoking?
Anyways, thanks to scarbelly for reminding me to update my location and post in roll call. :)
