I'm a weekend warrior when it comes to smoking, been doing it for 10 plus years. I'm "good" but I want to be GREAT. So hopefully with all the great advise from you fine folks I can reach my goal!

I am what ya'll call a "watt burner"  ha ha,  got a couple Masterbuilt 30's.... works for me!!
