Just got a charbroil off set smoker tring to get it set the right way to start with.
 
I heat with wood in the winter so cooking wood during the summer
should be fun. Plus I've burned tons of great smoking wood for heat
now I can save some of the best for cooking.
 
one ? what do all the abrevation mean is there a guidge to them.
 
if you hold your mouse over an abbreviation that is colored green, it will give you the definition.

What part of Maryland/Delawar are you from? I'm from Greenwood, De.
