Joined this am after oversleeping a brisket start and got some great advice from some members. First name is Adam and I'm in the KC Metro. I've got an Akorn Kamado Char Griller that I smoke more than I grill on. I've done several Boston Butts and slabs of spareribs, a couple of chucks, some turkey legs, and today my first brisket, which turned out pretty well. On a personal level I'm married with 2 kids and one more on the way. I teach high school as well, so between work and family, I stay pretty busy. I'm looking forward to participating in the forum.
