Hi to fellow Smokers. Just purchased a Charbroil Smoker / Broiler & Grill last week. Have had some excellent Results over the past five days and rekindled my love of Smoked Foods. I used to travel Corpus Christi to Heuston every week just to stop at Praseks Smokehouse store. going to attempt to build myself a DIY Cold Smoker & start with Cheeses, Garlic & Eggs. Markie.
