Hi there, I've been smoking meat for at least 10 years. I've only smoked meat for family parties n woould like to try some contests. I've recently designed and custom built a smoker. (Check out the pictures and let me what you think) I still have to season and paint it but should be ready in a week or two. This is the first smoking meat forum I've had the pleasure of joining and looking forward to learning much from all. Thank you
