New member from Florida

Good afternoon from Florida.  I've been lurking on here for a while and figured I'd finally post.  Not entirely new to smoking, but new to posting.  Mostly, I've stuck to baby backs and boston butts, but I plan to expand and will appreciate all the help I can get.  Seems like a good community here and I look forward being a part of it.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Right now I have a Traeger and love it. Someday, I hope to go a bit bigger with my rig though.
