We're currently in Eagle River but are moving to Arizona after I retire at the end of the month. I've smoked meat, fish, fowl, even cheeses, over the years. I have had my hand in making suasage off and on and want to get into making bacon and side pork.

Retired from submarines in '95, retiring from the State on June 30. Going to help out the in laws in a much warmer climate.
