Hi everyone

Just introducing myself.  I am from Mars ... PA

I am a  moderately expecienced smoker, primarily doing ribs, but experimenting with some of the recipes on the website.

My smoker is the ever popular ECB. Someday i will move up to a better one, but it is a bit fun to make somoething with nothing as they say.

Hello Mike and welcome to SMF! Ha ha as soon as I saw the title that you were from Mars, I knew it had to be PA. I used to live in Cranberry Twp, so I'm familiar with Mars, Butler etc!
