Hi all, just signed up as I keep coming back to read and research so decided it was time to join.

My names Bob, I hail from the lovely and colder than Mars city of Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada.

Was just researching a thread about the Masterbuilt cold smoker, I can get it for $91 bucks on Amazon, probably cheaper at Cabelas if my daughter, who works there, gets it with her employee discount.

I am leaning heavily towards it as I have a Bradley smoker and if I make an adapter to hook up to the Bradly on the opposite side the Masterbuilt has I will eliminate the obvious issues with too much heat for cold smoking cheeses and such.

I have smoked several chickens to date, all lip smacking good so far, but it's time to move on to some other foods and a cold smoker will do that.
