Hi my name is Brian and I live on Long Island, NY. I have done a little smoking on a small offset smoker for a while. Recently I got a WSM 22.5 and really enjoy the ease of temperature control. I have also been using a Maverick ET-73 which also makes things easier.  I'm still finding my way around this site but already love all the info.
