The wood graining of the cabinets to the right of the stove ? In the pictures looks like Hickory.

I wanted to do ours in Hickory , But wife said no too much unorganized colouring for her.

Good eye there David, the cabinets are hickory. The flooring is acacia.

I thought it was , I really like cabinets done in Hickory, But I gave in as wife wanted me to stain ours almost a cherry colour.
So when I want to see Hickory I will just have to admire yours

Yes, I do too. The wife picked it out. It being 'Farm Style', she is decorating with chickens and rabbits.
