Good Morning,

I stumbled on this forum looking for info on Belgian Blue beef brisket, and stayed when I saw some of the recipes and comments on the FEC100 smoker.  It looks like a great resource so I joined up and decided to stay.

I'm really interested in hearing about all things smoke.  Oh, and I'm one of those mentally derranged people who want to open a restaurant, despite the risk and everyone I know telling me I'm crazy.

HI!

Welcome to SMF Sebass, glad you joined us!

Cookshack makes a very good quality electric smoker. The FEC100 is higher end, but probably a good fit for restaurant.

Yay for another NW smoker! Welcome to the forum - you won't believe how much you will learn and how much fun you will have here! cheers!

welcome to ya,this is THE place to go for info for sure!! I dont think a resturant is a crazy idea if you love what ya do,and can macke some money while ya do it!!

Welcome to the forum! If you can make a good product you should do well in the Pac. NW with a BBQ joint. Even the not so good places do well, because there isn't very much comptetion around here... lol.

Welcome to the SMF. Glad to have you here. Lots of good folks, great recipes and knowledge. Looking forward to your first qview.
