Hi all,
I stumbled across this site, and am so glad I did. My wife recently got me a Masterbuilt electric smoker, and we've had some successes and of course failures.
We just tracked down on Facebook a very helpful gentleman who used to own an amazing rib place a few years ago. He wound up moving out of state, and i took a chance and messaged him.
Took his suggestions, and oh my God... if we can keep this going how our ribs came out today... I'd say the smoker was the absolute best gift ever!
