Hello All. Quite a few years ago I got a cabinet style propane smoker. Over the past 2 years I've been using it more. Turkey, chickens, pork butt, brisket, cheese. I've never had anything come out "bad". Just joining a forum of like minded people to hone in my skills a bit. Thanks for having me.

Welcome, and thanks for joining. Lot's of great information and one of the friendliest forums of any type on the web. Don't be afraid to ask questions and make sure you send us some pictures of your next cook.

Howdy and welcome to the forums.

Chris
