Howdy! I'm Chris aka BigMister, here in Ennis, TX. New to smoking and starting out with a 30-inch MasterBuilt, digital electric smoker. Looking forward to learning some tips n tricks and sharing what I learn.

So far I've only smoked a rack of ribs (no pics) and a brisket. The methods I used came from here and both came out great but I think I need more practice with the brisket.
