Hey everyone, I'm from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, I am new to smoking this summer and have already turned out some quality eats. I started on my charcoal grill with some water pans and got hooked. I recently bought a WSM 18 and am loving it so far! It's nice not to have to add coals every hour in the grill. Anyways I Am looking forward to learning as much as I can here
