Been using these forums for a couple years now and they've been great! Decided to join. From St. Louis, MO smoking on a Masterbuilt vertical gas smoker. I also do some Weber smoking. I've smoked lots of turkeys, pork butts, every part of a chicken but never a whole chicken (doing two of them tomorrow). A group of friends and I have a BBQ competition scheduled in April so I'm trying to get a bunch of practice in now. Happy smoking!
