Thought I would say hi. Im from Missouri just south of St. Louis. I have an offset i have been useing fir a couple years for ribs, pork steaks,brats. I recently got a masterbuilt propane/charcoal smoker. Looking forward to makeing some meat. Monday im breaking in my masterbuilt with a 10 lbs pork belly.
