Just started working on smoking, I have done a few chucks and several birds, thisgorum gabe me a lot of ideas. I'm doing my first big cook today (not going great the flame went out, hoping for some advice on that) can't wait to get more practice.

As far as the flame. I was a few hours in and had to run into work. My flame must have gone out, internal temp is at 101. Grill temp
Has been under 140 for less than an hour on a 10 lb chuck. Think this is able to be saved or should I scrap it?
