Hey erbody, been using this website for. 3 years now, first time joining in on here though . I'm in St. Louis originally from Oklahoma. I've been using a gas grill for the last ten years, just recently made the switch back to charcoal . I bought one of the Akorn Kamado grills, anybody have advice on this ?
