New here from Michigan

Recently purchased a Masterbuilt Pro 30” electric Bluetooth smoker. Was looking at the smokin-it electric smokers....but, got this one 1/2 off on clearance at Home Depot. Couldn’t pass up on the price! Only on my 2nd smoke, currently....brisket. Gotten a lot of good tips from you folks, so far. Hope to get a lot more as I learn!
