New here and to smoking

Hello from Bartlesville, Oklahoma. My real name is Shane and I have recently developed the unsatisfying urge to smoke every meat I see. I have done some breakfast and andouille sausage, with a wild hog I harvested this year, summer sausage, ribs, chicken, brisket and pork butt. I have a chargriller with an offset box and just got a 30" masterbuilt electric smoker for christmas. I am looking forward to getting to know yall and learn whatever I can. Some friends of mine and myself are actually doing a benefit bbq competition in bartlesville this weekend. Should be a good time!

We are getting overrun with wild hogs and are encouraged to shoot as many as we can! That was my first one and I am ready to get back out there after em for sure. She has been good eatin. She weighed around 180lbs. I'm guessing.

Nice hog!!  If you happen to live trap one, feel free to send it my way.  12 gauge slug in the head ond onto the smoker.  Life would be SO good  Anyway, enjoy.
