Hi, my name is Robert and I'm from the Kansas City area. I'm new to this and I've spent the last couple of days just reading here on the forums. I bought a new MES 40 "for my wife" for Christmas and I can't wait to get to work with it. Unfortunately it snowed right away and I've decided to wait for slightly better weather for the maiden voyage. I've read the 5 day e-course, thanks Jeff, and learned some from it. So far I enjoy the website, I'll try to do my research before repeating the same questions as others have, I know how annoying it can get. And I look forward to getting to know some of you.

Don't stress too much about asking questions that have been asked before.  There are lots of helpful folks around who won't mind.
