Hello fellow posters. My name is Brandon and i'm from southern CA. i'm new to the world of cooking and especially new to smoking. I was given a Weber 22" Smokey Mountain from a family friend earlier this year so i'm excited to play with it. I joined this awesome forum because i opened my big mouth and said i'd smoke the turkey. i bit off more than i can chew with that one, haha. but thankfully you guys are full of knowledge and willing to share it, so thanks.
