Been reading for a while but not participatiing. I live in the midwest, have been cooking on a weber kettle for 30 years and a horizon offset smoker for 10. I have gotten a lot of good ideas from SMF.  The neighbors and co-workers all like it. Very few things are not better smoked. ( It's all good.)  Thanks Jeff for getting this site going.
