Like most I've been visiting these forums for years to get great recipes and signed up around a year ago. This is my first post. The sharing of knowledge on this site has enhanced my results and helped to identify issues that needed attention, so thank you to all who post here. I have a Master Built elite 44" propane and a Char-Griller outlaw. I love them both and have put many of the mods found here to good use! Hopefully I'll be able to add something of use to the site someday.
