I'm Tom "Taterman" Stoll in Las Vegas. I've been grilling for a few years now and completed my outdoor kitchen in June. In it I have my gas grill and my electric smoker. I recently added a Santa Maria-style grill. The grates can be raised or lowered by a crank handle, to adjust the heat. I start it with a bed of coals and add wood logs or chunks to create an outstanding smoked flavor in the food.

It's beautiful this time of year here...great time for grilling and watching sports.

Welcome to the forums Tom!  You've found the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
