Hey guys I'm Anthony I'm an Ozzy. Please to be part of this forum looking forward to learning new things and chatting with new people. I'm a qualified chef of 15+ years. However I'm new to BBQ, smoking/grilling. I was given a charmate smoker for Christmas and Ye it's pretty basic but I did my first brisket in it the other day and Bam I'm addicted and all I want to do now is master the craft. Can't wait to my next use and learning along the way
