Long time listener, first time caller.  Glad to be here.

Frequent amateur smoker using 18.5" WSM, no mods.  I do use an iGrill2 for remote temp monitoring.

I live in San Jose, CA so mild temps throughout the year makes for great smoking.  Have almost perfected pork butt, ribs, and salmon.  Haven't tried marathon briskets yet.
