Hello! My name is Terry, I live in West Michigan, and am new to smoking. I just got a MES 40" and am ready to get started. I have been grilling ribs for several years and have experimented a lot with them. I am always looking for new ideas from others.
I am planning to start out small and hopefully easily by doing a pork tenderloin tomorrow. Can't wait to do some pulled pork as well. I have been reading the forum for the past week and the information is awesome and the detail and pictures make it look easy to tackle.
