New guy in Colorado

Originally from Wisconsin, but just finished a two year tour with Air Force in Georgia. Fell in love with the BBQ there. Now in Colorado and miss it, so decided to try making my own. Bought an offset smoker and have quickly discovered it's not as easy as I thought. So an glad to find a forum to help me out.
