HI all! My name is Mike and I'm a smoke-a-holic.

Anyway, been going on about a year of smoking all sorts of different things with some success and failures of course. Have had some nice Pork Belly and Briskets come out beautifully! I use a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker because I live in an apartment in LA and space is limited on my balcony but I make it work! I have a few questions I'll drop into a new thread. Thank you all in advance and happy to be here to learn!
