I have visited the website a few times with questions and also for reviews on products and for recipes. I have a master-built pro dual fuel. I start out with an old hand me down H2O bullet smoker and do not recommend it to many mods to it to get a good smoke session out of it. I have smoked several racks of spare ribs with the 3-2-1 method, I have smoked a couple of pork tenderloins, 3 turkey's, spiral ham, hamburgers. I am always looking for good recipes and techniques on smoking especially for ribs. I have a very big family and they are alway asking for some smoked when I am around and I still feel like I am a novice to smoking. I use a maverick ET732 which has been a great must have. I am still on the look out for a instant read thermometer, any recommendation would be awesome.
Looking forward to reading and learning a lot from everyone.
Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.

Thank you every one for the Welcomes to the site. I have a good friend that just move to Dimmitt, TX  and he has said he has eaten some awesome smoked brisket there. I have yet to try and smoke brisket, but I do not want to mess it up, either being how long to smoke it for or what temp to pull it out at or a good rub to use and what wood to smoke it in.
