Hello everyone, my name is Adam and I'm from Ontario Canada. I have to admit that I used this forum to help me decide on which smoker to get and have recently purchased an MES next gen 30". I have a couple of questions that maybe you can help me with. How long is the best between reloading wood chips and has anyone had issues with the next gen reaching desired temps in the cold? I will be using it for the first time this weekend to do a pork butt for pulled pork. Any friendly advice?
