HI Everyone.
I am a beginner in the smoking world so I thought I would join this group for advice and banter. I consider myself a pretty solid backyard griller so I thought I would try my hand at smoking. I recently acquired a Oklahoma Joe's Highland smoker that I will be modding and getting into use.
My interests are hockey and pretty much anything outdoors.
I look forward to picking the brain of some more advanced pit masters and hope to get on that level some day.
